Registration Forms

We’re so excited to welcome your kids and teens to our ministries at Covenant! To help us keep everyone safe and sound, we need you to fill out our Children and Student Registration form for each child (18 and under) who plans to join in the fun this year.

After you register, keep an eye on your inbox — you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to PART TWO of the form for each child. It just takes a few more minutes to finish up, and then you’re all set!

BOUNCE HOUSE OBSTACLE COURSE

For our final 2026 summer Wednesday Nights on the Lawn gathering on August 19, join the fun on the bounce house obstacle course.

Come and compete against the clock to see who can make their way through the 40’ bounce house obstacle course. Test your skill and speed against family members, friends, and neighbors.

There will be prizes awarded for different age groups and categories.

We will also have a bounce house exclusively for our younger friends and small children.

Who are you going to invite to join you for some bounce house obstacle fun?

Remember, these gatherings are open to anyone. Bring a friend. Meet a friend.
