Registration Forms
We’re so excited to welcome your kids and teens to our ministries at Covenant! To help us keep everyone safe and sound, we need you to fill out our Children and Student Registration form for each child (18 and under) who plans to join in the fun this year.
After you register, keep an eye on your inbox — you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to PART TWO of the form for each child. It just takes a few more minutes to finish up, and then you’re all set!

CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT;
SIDEWALK CHALK;
ICE CREAM SOCIAL
Students, for our second 2026 Wednesday Nights on the Lawn gathering on July 15, come and join us for a cornhole tournament, sidewalk chalk, and an ice cream social.
If you want to play corn hole, find a partner for your 2-person team and test your skills against other teams in the tournament. It will be a double-elimination tournament. Every team will be guaranteed to play two games. Please register your team to help us plan and prepare for the fun.
For young kids and adults who don't want to play cornhole, sidewalk chalk will also be available. Everyone will decorate one or more square sections of the sidewalk.
These community-building gatherings are open to everyone. Bring a neighbor. Meet a neighbor. Come join the fun!
